Chef’s Inspiration
Anything breaded, baked or fried is a guilty pleasure of mine so I love pairing our crispy chick'n with a salad to brighten my plate up and pack the nutrients in. A great balanced dish leaving the indulgent side of us feeling satisfied while still making a great food choice.
Preparation
Following the instructions provided, preheat your oven to 375F and place your crispy chick'n onto a tray and into the oven for roughly 10 minutes, follow by unpacking your vegetables onto the same tray for remaining 6 minutes. Have greens and dressing ready and combine refreshed vegetables, toss and plate. Finish with crispy chick'n and tofu feta.
