From Chef Jordan: Inspired by my friend who brought me an unforgettable Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich straight from Philadelphia. A sandwich I will never forget, now my version fully plant based and equally delicious!
Preparation
Following the instructions provided, preheat your oven to 375F and place your roasted vegetables onto a tray into the oven for roughly 8 minutes, adding the bun to the tray with the last 2 minutes, just to refresh. Bring 3L of water to a boil, reduce to a simmer and submerge bag of philly steak filling along side nacho cheez sauce for 6 minutes. Cut open bun and layer filling inside, pour desired amount of cheez sauce into bun. Pool remaining cheez sauce to the side of your plate and place roasted vegetables on top for a full cheez party. Sprinkle with crispy shallots for added savory crunch.
