Preparation
Following the instructions provided, bring 3L of water to a boil, reduce to a simmer and submerge bag of miso glazed vegetables in for 8 minutes, following lentils for 5 minutes. Pour desired amount of dressing and greens into a mixing bowl. Toss all ingredients together and place onto desired serving dish. Top with tofu feta for contrast.
