Chick'N Katsu Bowl

Anytime my family and I would go out for sushi, my brother 90% of the time would order Chicken Katsu. Here is my chance to try and convince him that swapping out his favorites in plant based form is possible, delicious and not boring!
Following the instructions provided, preheat your oven to 375F and place your crispy chick'n onto a tray and into the oven for roughly 10 minutes. Bring 3L of water to a boil, reduce to a simmer and submerge bag of caramelized onion fried rice into pot for 8 minutes. Remove chick'n from oven, slice if desired. Begin with placing rice into bowl, follow with shredded cabbage blend to the side, fan our sliced crispy chick'n on top and drizzle katsu sauce wherever desired or set aside for dipping.
