Chef’s Inspiration
This dish was inspired purely out of love for all the necessary staples in comfort food. Nothing more cozy (to me) than mashed potatoes and gravy, I feel like globally it can translate as a nostalgic taste of home with each bite.
Preparation
Following the instructions provided, preheat your oven to 375F and place your crispy chick'n onto a tray and into the oven for roughly 10 minutes. Bring 3L of water to a boil, reduce to a simmer and submerge bag of smashed potatoes in for 8 minutes, following sweet corn succotash for 6 minutes and gravy for 5. Layer components on to your place or bowl of choice, top with crispy chick'n and pour gravy over.
