Chef’s Inspiration

One of the most comforting dishes on a chilly day is butter chicken, the aromas can take over an entire kitchen in the most wonderful way - a staple when diving into unfamiliar Indian cuisine. Same flavor profile minus the animals, equally delicious and comforting.

Preparation

Follow timing on MANNA package, this time varies by +/- 3 minutes depending on the level of your simmer and how cold your fridge is. You want to ensure that the internal food temperature reaches about 165°F/74°C, piping hot.  Pour desired amount of curry into a bowl on a bed of rice to absorb all the saucy goodness, finish with MANNA Drizzle.
