Chef’s Inspiration
From Chef Jordan: This dish was inspired by one of my favorite flavor profiles for a quick and easy meal. Nothing beats the smoky and spicy aromas of Mexican cuisine, so versatile that you can use these spices when cooking anything - this time however, I turned to the classic pairings for our burrito bowl. Pro tip: leftover overs make for great breakfast burritos!
Preparation
Following the instructions provided, bring 3L of water to a boil, reduce to a simmer and submerge bag of tex mex taco filling in for 8 minutes following with red rice and yam & corn salsa for 6 minutes. Place each component into bowl either separately or in layers and top with MANNA Drizzle and crispy tortilla for added crunch.
