How it Works
2. Choose your Meals
Menus are renewed weekly to offer enough variety and balance of nutrition. Our team of Chefs and Nutritionists carefully curated the meals to offer you balanced nutrition and full flavour.
3. Meal Delivery
Receive your meals for the week in an Insulated Bag every Monday between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm whether you’re home or not. Packaging is limited, biodegradable and reusable, whenever possible.
Based on your Needs
Choose between 4 and 6 serving per week, per person. Portion sizes are suitable for lunch or dinner.
Choose your meals 2 weeks prior to delivery from the Weekly Menus - Each menu has 7 options to choose from, but we recommend following the standard meal schedule for optimal nutritional value.
If you forget to choose your meals, you will automatically receive the standard schedule.

How the Menu Works
The fully plant-based menu was designed by our team of Chefs to bring you balanced nutrition and full flavour. Each weekly menu provides 7 options to choose from, based on your preferences.
Each meal is vacuum-sealed in biodegradable/reusable bags. All you have to do is reheat the meal.
Meals are delivered in an Insulated Bag typically on Mondays between [12:00pm and 8:00pm] anywhere within the Lower Mainland.
No Need to be Home
Provide drop-off instructions if you can’t be home during your delivery window; food is kept cold and fresh for up to 2 hours in the Insulated Bag.
Less is More
The bag includes your vacuum-sealed meals, each with a QR code leading you to its heating and garnishing instructions. You won’t find anything else in the bag to keep waste to a minimum.
Place last week’s Insulated Bag outside your door and we’ll reuse it.
Touchless delivery can be selected or will be automatically integrated as required by legal guidelines. Our drivers use sanitizer before and after each delivery and clean touchpoints in their vehicles.
Heat & Enjoy
Bring up to 3L of water to a boil on the stove. Place the vacuum-sealed bags directly into boiling water for between 8 and 12 minutes depending on the specific meal. Drain the water and pull the bag out with tongs, cut one corner and pour the meal onto your serving plant. Add the supplied garnishes to your liking.
Savour and enjoy each bite.
Microwaves or steam ovens are easy, alternative ways to heat your meals!
MANNA’s kitchen is a safe and controlled environment, which allows us to adhere to the highest safety standards. Our Chefs and food preparation team are required to wear non-surgical masks, hairnets, disposable gloves and adhere to frequency handwashing protocols.
The Insulated Bags are thoroughly disinfected and cleaned prior to reusing them; this is done in a separate area from the food preparation area.
Our team must stay home if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness. If employees are quarantined due to COVID-19, they are eligible to receive pay time off to ensure they can return to work safely and in good health.
