Choose Your Meals

Each weekly menu has 7 meals to choose from - Your team will be emailed 2 weeks prior to delivery requesting their meal selection and if they forget to choose, we’ll choose for them! We recommend following the standard meal schedule to optimize taste and nutritional intake. Please contact us if there are allergies or dietary restrictions amongst the team, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 

Delivery 

Receive your meal plan for the week in an Insulated Bag on Mondays between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm anywhere in the Lower Mainland. Meals will stay fresh in the bag for up to 2 hours, after which point they will need to be kept in the refrigerator for the week ahead.

The only thing you’ll find in the bag is your meal vacuum-sealed in biodegradable or reusable packages and the garnishes. No extra waste or packaging!

Heat & Enjoy 

Each package has a QR code leading you to the meal’s heating and garnishing instructions. Your kitchen will require a microwave, steamer, or kettle + large pot to heat the meals in under 12 minutes.
