From Chef Marilena: Potato Dauphinoise is a classic French dish that is sure to please everyone! Thinly sliced potatoes are layered, then covered with a fragrant mix of plant based milk and herbs and baked to perfection. My version includes a homemade tofu chorizo, mushrooms and radicchio.
Preparation
Following the instructions provided, preheat your oven to 375F and place your dauphinoise onto a tray into the oven for roughly 25 minutes or until the internal temperatures reaches above 74C. Serve directly in baking dish or transfer, finish with truffle olive oil and serve salad to the side.
