From Chef Jordan: One of my favorite curries, we marinate the jackfruit overnight to fully immerse the flavors into this dish. So hearty - the aroma in the kitchen as this dish slow cooks, allowing the jackfruit to breakdown really bringing out the "meat-like" texture. Amazing!
Following the instructions provided, bring 3L of water to a boil, reduce to a simmer and submerge both bags of jackfruit bhuna and rice into pot for 8 minutes. Place basmati in the bottom of the bowl and top with bhuna curry allowing the flavor to beautifully marry. Top with MANNA Drizzle and pickled cucumber salad to mellow out the heat and add some creamy notes.
