Chef’s Inspiration

Sushi bake is like deconstructed sushi but first it gets baked in the oven to brown the top "cheesy" layer. This new food craze that I've been observing is definitely worth trying in plant-based form. Be prepared to put your hands to work!

We want to thank www.savedasea.com for partnering with us on this dish with their delicious Vegan Smoked Salmon.

Preparation

Follow timing on MANNA package, this time varies by +/- 3 minutes depending on how hot your oven is calibrated and how cold your fridge is. You want to ensure that the internal food temperature reaches about 165°F/74°C, piping hot.
