We have established the value of communication within our team throughout this journey, and we want our community to have access to the same organic discourse. I can't tell you how many times I've been live on our chat and the first thing many people say is, "I want to speak with a real person, not a robot," and we lose the opportunity to communicate a minute later despite my response that I am human.
We recognise that life is hectic, and it makes no sense to sit and wait for a response from us when you come across us scanning through your phone and have a query that isn't answered in our FAQs.
