In keeping with our theme of Plant-based eating made easy, here are 3 delicious breakfast recipes that you can make in under 10-minutes at home.
Breakfast Berry Parfait (ready in under 5 minutes)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Plant-based Yogurt (flavour of your choice)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Raspberries
- 1/4 cup Granola
Instructions:
Cut your fruits as desired, layer beginning with your favorite plant-based yogurt, followed by fresh fruit and sprinkle with granola. Repeat layers for a larger portion. Enjoy!
Pro Tip: Make a few at a time on a busy week, stores great in the fridge upto 3 days
Dessert for Breakfast (ready in under 3 minutes)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Plant-based Yogurt (flavour of your choice)
- 1 piece MANNA's Blueberry Oat Bar
- 1/4 cup Fresh Blueberries (optional)
Instructions:
Dollop Plant-based Yogurt, place blueberry oat bar on top and dot fresh blueberries as desired. Enjoy!

Tropical Smoothie Bowl (ready in under 10 minutes)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Plant-based Yogurt (flavour of your choice)
- 1/4 cup Spinach
- 2 tablespoon Vegan Protein Powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup Oat Milk
- 1/4 cup Water or Ice
- 2 Dates
- 1/2 Kiwi
- 1/2 Orange (peeled + unseeded)
Instructions:
In a blender, throw all of the smoothie layer ingredients together and blend till smooth - press the smoothie option on your blender if you have this. You can also use a hand-blender!
Decorate your fruit however you would like and voila! The apple chips are great for scooping your yummy smoothie like a dip.
